Regrettably at present we cannot accept orders placed by customers for delivery outside the United Kingdom. When you mail an order to purchase a product from CAESSR, your payment, in full, must accompany the order, together with your address and email address (if any, for use in case of problems).

3.1. DELIVERY

Your goods will be despatched to you within 7 days of the date of receipt of your order. Please note that in order to allow time for delivery of orders before Christmas we must receive your order and payment by no later than the end of the first week in December. All of our products are supplied direct from stock and will be delivered by second class mail. If you do not receive your goods within 20 working days you should contact us. Compensation is limited to the cost of the goods ordered and will take the form of a replacement or a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights

3.2. RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your item, you can return it. If you wish to return a product, please e-mail us (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) or phone (07595 883688) to let us know what you'd like to send back. We will then confirm instructions on how to complete the return.

In addition to your 30-day guarantee you have a statutory cooling off period of seven days (the "Cooling Off Period"). This entitles you to cancel your order at any time within seven days of the date on which we send the relevant Order Acknowledgement E-mail to you. If you wish to cancel an order, please e-mail or phone us within the Cooling Off Period so that we can ensure the products are not dispatched.

If you call within 24 hours we will refund the entire purchase price. If you do not call within 24 hours to cancel, unfortunately we will make a deduction for the cost of any postage charges incurred and you must "return to sender" when the order arrives.

You may return items to: CAESSR Calendar Orders, 141 Greenheath Road, Hednesford, Staffordshire WS12 4AU

  • The items must be in the original condition and packaging with any security seals intact
  • Repackage the products securely and send to the address above
  • Include the reason for the return, your email address or telephone number. Tell us if you would like a refund or a replacement
  • Send your returned item(s) via an insured carrier such as Royal Mail Recorded delivery. This will be at your expense. We cannot be responsible for lost returns.
