She is still a very fit dog but she is hard of hearing. She loves to run on the beach. She understands hand signals if she can't hear you. Honey is used to children, other dogs and cats. She is very good on and off the lead. She travels very well in the car and can be left for short periods. This lovely girl deserves a loving retirement home.

Maisie is a 7 1/2 year old blue roan show type cocker who needs a new home as her owner frequently works away from home. The owner's parents have been helping with Maisie's care but Mum is now unwell. Maisie is a fantastic dog who has been with her owner for three years. She was spayed then as she had puppies when with her previous owners. Maisie is used to the owner's grand-children and is good with them. She used to live with a cat. She is good on and off the lead but can be a little wary of large dogs. She can be left for short periods. When travelling she can get agitated and whine. Maisie is on medication for dry-eye in one eye.
After a visit to our vet Maisie was found to have an infection in her eye and also no sight in that eye. It was decided that she should have her eye removed. She is now recovering well in temporary foster care.
