BOBBY

DOG BORN 2003 - PRESUMED DECEASED2025

Bobby is a 13 year old Liver and WHite Springer, whose owner now works full-time and also has to surrender his present home. Bobby originally belonged to the owner's wife, who passed away 8 years ago. Bobby and his Cocker companion were very much loved by this lady and had a lovely life. The cocker passed away 4 years ago and since then Bobby, although well looked after, has missed out on love and affection and now spends lots of time alone. He's a really loving dog, who is good with children. He doesn't like cats and has had very little contact with other dogs recently. He is good on and off the lead and travels well in the car. He is looking for a loving home with lots of company to happily live out the rest of his life.

TED

TED

Ted is an 18 month old liver and White Springer, who needs a family who can spend more time with him giving him more exercise and stimulation. Ted is good with children and with other dogs, but has no experience with cats. He loves his ball and can retrieve, but he also likes to destroy them! He pulls on the lead. His recall is excellent. In his home he is allowed to sleep on the sofa and at night he sleeps in his own bed in the bedroom. He travels well in the car and can be left for short periods.

ALFIE

ALFIE

Alfie is a 7.5 year old, black and White working type Cocker. The owner's family has grown and Alfie isn't getting his walks as he used to, which isn't fair. Alfie is used to a busy household and is good with children. He is good with other dogs and has lived with a cat. He pulls initially on the lead and then walks better. His recall is good. Alfie sleeps in the kitchen and is not allowed to sleep on the sofa, but would make himself comfortable given the chance! He is a little over-weight. He hasn't had much experience of travelling and is OK if left home alone for short periods.

MILO (was Elmo)

MILO (was Elmo)

Elmo is a 10 month old Black and White Springer. His owners are unable to cope with him. They didn't realise that they had purchased such an energetic dog. Their house is too small and Elmo is destructive when left inside the home if the weather is bad. He has chewed his bedding. Elmo generally sleeps inside and is house trained, but can be left outside in his kennel. He is used to children and lives with a cat. He pulls on the lead and his recall needs training. He can whine when travelling. He is mixing well with the other dogs at our base.
