Rehomed

Lola is a 4 year old Blue Roan Cocker Spaniel, who was rescued at two years old by the present owner. She has always been quite defensive of her territory and fearful of any strangers visiting the home, especially men. Her owners are foster carers, currently looking after 5 children. Lola is good with the young ones, but has nipped a new teen-aged lad, who is now being fostered at the home. It is felt that Lola finds it too stressful to stay in such a busy home. She sleeps inside and travels well in the car. She is very good with other dogs and would possibly be best homed with another dog. She chases cats if they come into her garden. She pulls on the lead, but has an excellent recall.

Henry is a 7 year old Blue Roan Cocker Spaniel. He needs a new home due to a change in family circumstances as his owner has to move into a flat. Henry is good with children and has lived with a cat. He is very friendly with other dogs and has been around livestock and is reliable. He travels well in the car, has lived in the same home since a puppy and is a little over-weight.

Rosie is a 5 year old Liver and White Springer, who is fighting with another female dog in her home. She is a very good dog when she is on her own. She is good with children of all ages. She has lived with a cat and she is good around livestock. She sleeps inside and is good if ledt for short periods. She has a good recall to voice commands, but still pulls on the lead. She travels well in the car.

Riley is a 6 year old Liver and White Springer, who is very good with children and other dogs. He has had no contact with cats or livestock. He pulls on the lead. His recall is good and he travels well in the car. Riley needs a new home due to a change in family circumstances.

Trixie is a 9 year old Liver and White, lovely sedate Springer, who doesn't pull on the lead. She has lived in the same home since a puppy, with her litter sister, who passed away last year. There are now twin babies in the family, who are crawling around and Trixie has become very jealous and has nipped one of them. She is house trained and used to be left long hours before the babies arrived. She has been given a clean bill of health by her vet in the last three weeks, but is a little over-weight. She is good with other dogs and has met livestock, but has not lived with a cat. Her recall is good and she travels very well.

Jack is a 7 year old Liver and White Springer (more White than Liver) with his full tail. He is good with children and sociable with other dogs, but has not lived with a cat. He has met cattle, but he chases the birds. Jack has a good recall, but he still pulls on the lead. He travels well in the car. He sleeps on the landing and can be left for short periods. He needs a new home as his owner can't manage to look after him as his wife now has to be in a wheel-chair.
