Rehomed

Molly is an 8 year old liver & white  springer who has come to CAESSR looking for a retirement home as her owner can no longer care for her. Molly has come from a working gun dog home where she lived in an outside kennel. She is a lovely sociable dog who is good with other dogs.

Cassie is a 14 year old liver & white springer. She has come to CAESSR from a working gun dog home as her owner is no longer able to look after her. Cassie is a lovely friendly dog who suffers with a little arthritis but still enjoys a walk. She has settled well in a lovely retirement home.

Lady is almost 5 years old and is a liver & white springer spaniel. She needs a new home as her owner's work schedule has changed and Lady has been left home alone for long hours. Lady is a very nervous dog and will sometimes chase shadows. She has lived with children but may be best in a quiet rural environment. Lady is nervous when meeting new people and is also nervous amongst other dogs although sometimes she will "say hello". She pulls a lot on the lead but has good recall. 

Dudley is an 8 year old black & tan show type cocker spaniel. Sadly, his owner has passed away and no one in his extended family is able to take care of him. Dudley is good with other dogs. He has no experience with young children or with cats. He pulls on the lead and is very nervous of others passing by - especially men folk - and can be nervous of noises. His recall will need work. He travels well in the car and can be left just for short periods.

Elijah (Eli) is a 14 month old orange roan working type cocker spaniel. His owner has recently become disabled and can no longer provide the physical needs of Eli. Eli is a very high energy dog with a very high prey drive. He has met children just for short periods but he gets very excitable. He is good with other dogs but would possibly chase a cat. He pulls on the lead but is better on a harness and his recall needs training. He is still in the process of learning basic commands and his owner has found this hard work. He is good in the house but still picks up things he shouldn't have and it is sometimes hard to distract him to leave the item. He is crate trained and would get up to mischief if left unattended. He travels well in the car and can be left just for an hour or so. He is looking for an experienced home.

Bella is a 12 year old Black and White Springer. She was originally rehomed by CAESSR when she was 3 years old. Sadly, her owner has passed away and Bella has been rehomed again. Her new owners describe her as a "little diamond". She is sprightly and is always ready for a walk and is friendly with everyone she meets.

Lady is a 2 1/2 year old black & white cocker spaniel. She arrived at CAESSR having been purchased from an elderly lady but she wasn't suitable for the new owner's situation. We know little of Lady's past life but she is a very affectionate dog who loves everyone. She needs more socialization with other dogs and she needs proper lead training.
